We’re seeking a skilled Wood Repair Technician / Carpenter to perform residential repairs and restoration work. This role may be performed independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs. Responsibilities Repair and replace wood components damaged by termites or dry rot Complete high-quality carpentry work using standard tools and materials Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate effectively with customers and team members Follow project schedules and company standards Qualifications Experience in carpentry or residential construction preferred Comfortable working independently and on a team Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Comfortable working at heights, in attics and subareas Desired Qualities Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Team player with a proactive mindset Comfortable speaking with customers Able to adjust to a schedule based on company needs Dependable and punctual Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) at a conversational level Licensed as a WDO Applicator is a plus, but we are willing to train.
