We are seeking a full-time Residential Worker to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Harrisburg, PA. Schedule: 40 hours/week; 3 pm-11 pm, with every other weekend Earn $17.33/hour or $19.33/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Position Details Residential Workers are essential to promoting the safety, stability, and overall well-being of individuals diagnosed with mental illness living in a community residential rehabilitation (CRR) setting. They provide direct care and support, addressing both mental and physical health needs, while actively participating in the treatment planning process as part of a collaborative care team. * Assist in developing and implementing activities and other special projects designed to increase skills in independent and community living, socialization/leisure time. * Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer. * Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible. * Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment medical or any other appropriate reasons.
