Youth Home Manager A Great Opportunity / $50,000 per year / Full Time/ On Call Required At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF). Responsibilities may include: * Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served. * Personnel management and coordination of service delivery. * Interviewing, hiring and developing quality direct care employees. * Monitoring individual's finances and benefits. * Managing a caseload and coordinating the care of individuals served. Requirements for this position include: * High school diploma/GED is required, four-year degree in social services or related field is preferred. * A minimum of two years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities preferably within residential services. * May substitute I/DD experience with at-risk youth experience or a combination of the 2. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Supervisory or management experience. * Displays strong communication skills and possess excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
