Job Role: Residential Youth Support Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Earlies/Late/Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £25,798 - £30,048.12 per annum (Inclusive of your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum and 1 sleep-in per week at £44.56 each)
Homes2Inspire are looking for a Residential Youth Support Worker to be part of the residential staff team residential home Lenton, Nottingham!

As a Residential Youth Support Worker in our children’s homes, you will be a key part of a close-knit team committed to providing stability, guidance, and support for vulnerable young people. Your role will be to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a trauma-informed setting.
REQUIREMENTS:
Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare
Commitment to working a shift pattern including sleep in duties + overtime
Full UK driving licence
