Description
Description RESNA-Certified ATP – Assistive Technology Professional Fayetteville, Arkansas Territory Base + Incentive | Relocation Assistance Available Read This First (Required to Apply) This position is only for candidates who currently hold an active RESNA ATP certification and have direct Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) experience. This is not a general DME role This is not an entry-level mobility role This is not a “we’ll train you into ATP” position Applicants without an active RESNA ATP certification will not be considered. Why Top ATPs Choose Action Seating & Mobility If you’ve ever thought: “I could do so much more if I had a real support team behind me” “I’m tired of fighting documentation, billing, and broken processes instead of focusing on my clients” “I want to build something, not just survive my workload” This is that role. You will have: A team that understands CRT (not general DME leadership guessing at it) Dedicated authorizations + billing support so you’re not chasing paperwork Technician support that executes your vision correctly The ability to build and own your territory the right way Leadership that respects the time it takes to do CRT correctly You focus on outcomes, relationships, and growth. We handle the rest. What You’ll Actually Do This is a true CRT ATP role, not a watered-down version. Evaluate clients alongside therapists, physicians, and caregivers Recommend and configure custom manual, power mobility, and seating systems Deliver, fit, and adjust equipment to ensure optimal outcomes Build and maintain referral relationships across clinics, hospitals, and providers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean documentation and proper reimbursement Train and guide technicians on setup, delivery, and adjustments Provide follow-up care to ensure long-term success for clients Requirements What We’re Looking For Required (No Exceptions) Active RESNA ATP Certification Direct Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) experience Experience with: Custom manual wheelchairs Group 3 power mobility Seating and positioning systems Proven ability to work with therapists, physicians, and caregivers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Preferred (What Will Set You Apart) Existing referral relationships in Arkansas / surrounding markets Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private payer documentation Strong understanding of CRT documentation requirements and workflows Experience growing a territory or book of business Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives High-performing ATPs can earn well into six figures with no cap Your income scales with your impact and territory growth What Makes This Role Different Most ATP roles expect you to: Chase documentation Fight billing issues Handle admin work Fix technician mistakes Manage broken internal systems We don’t operate like that. At Action: You have structure You have support You have accountability across the team, not just on you Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Relocation assistance for the right candidate Final Note We are serious about hiring experienced CRT ATPs who want to do meaningful work, build strong referral relationships, and grow within a team that actually supports them.
