Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Bilingual (Dutch/English) Resolution Agent to work for our client in this remote opportunity! Our client is a world leading class action administration firm that has an experienced team of case managers, information technology experts, and notice administrators in Canada.
In this role you play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing claims, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for affected individuals. This role requires a combination of customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal procedures. If you’re fluent in both Dutch and English, adept at problem-solving, and thrive on building positive customer relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
• Must be Bilingual - Dutch/English in both verbal and written communication
• Applicants must be available to work an overnight/early morning shift, starting at 3 AM and concluding at 11 AM
• High School Diploma / GED required Associate Degree / College Degree preferred
• Previous experience providing resolution options to customers
• 3 year of customer service experience required
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Demonstrate strong conversational skills
• Ability to work independently yet is a team player
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift
• Knowledge of class action litigation procedures, legal terminology, and settlement administration processes
