Job Description 📢 Walmart is looking for a dynamic Resolution Specialist, DC Seller Disputes 📢 Must have hands-on distribution center experience to drive effective dispute resolution and operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between sellers, fulfillment operations, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely, and fair outcomes. Key responsibilities: Investigate and resolve seller disputes with accuracy, fairness, and full compliance with company policies, ensuring well-supported, data-driven decisions. Conduct thorough case reviews by analyzing evidence, identifying fraud or risk patterns, and maintaining detailed, error-free documentation. Communicate professionally and clearly in all written reports and seller interactions, maintaining objectivity while demonstrating empathy. Identify trends and proactively mitigate risk by recognizing recurring dispute patterns and recommending preventative solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to align on business priorities, execute resolutions efficiently, and support continuous process improvement. Uphold ethical standards and compliance by modeling integrity, supporting policy adherence, and contributing to a fair and unbiased dispute resolution process. Compensation: Pay starts at $22.70 Must be located in California No sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least 1–2 years of experience in a marketplace, seller support, or fulfillment center (FC) environment. Experience supporting sellers or users with processes, tools, payments, policies, account issues, inventory, shipping, or operational workflows. Working knowledge of distribution center or logistics operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with sellers or business partners in a professional, customer-facing capacity. Proven ability to resolve seller issues and disputes while serving as a liaison between Fulfillment Centers and Seller Support teams. Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations and maintain positive seller relationships.
