Description Cragun's Resort on illustrious Gull Lake is seeking a motivated and guest experience-oriented Resort Assistant Manager. Position Overview: This position works closely with guest-facing departments and department leaders; developing leadership, operational judgement, and strategic decision-making through daily guest interaction and real-time operational oversight. The RAM regularly serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), leading evening operations and facilitating collaboration across teams.
