THE ROLE
We are looking for a Resort Attendant, a hands-on, versatile team member who thrives in a variety of tasks and enjoys pitching in wherever needed. This is a part-time position to start, with the strong likelihood of moving into a full-time role as the resort grows and welcomes more guests.
You’ll be a key support to the Resort Coordinator, Director of Operations, and wider team, helping with guest services, housekeeping, food service, maintenance, and day-to-day needs around the property. If you’re a “jack of all trades,” love variety, and want to grow alongside a resort in its transformational stage, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support housekeeping, including room turnovers, laundry, and overall property cleanliness
- Assist with food service, including setting and clearing dining areas, plating meals, and simple food prep under direction
- Provide hands-on help with odd jobs and projects around the property, including light maintenance and cleaning
- Support guest experience by greeting arrivals, carrying luggage, answering basic questions, and ensuring guests feel welcomed
- Restock guest supplies such as towels, toiletries, firewood, and beverages
- Assist with setup and teardown for group retreats, meetings, or events
- Run errands such as grocery pick-ups or supply runs as needed
- Conduct walkthroughs of the property to monitor cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guests
- Support seasonal property tasks such as snow shoveling, salting, lawn care, wood stacking, and fire pit setup
- Monitor guest areas for safety hazards and report them promptly
- Collaborate with the maintenance crew, kitchen, and other resort staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Jump in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations and a memorable guest experience
