Whilst we do not require any formal qualifications or experience for this role, the following would be desirable:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Computer Literacy
Responsibilities

Day to day this role will include:

  • Assisting and dealing with any enquiries or feedback that guests may have in a professional and calm manner, going above and beyond to provide all our guests with memorable experiences.
  • Logging information received, maintaining detailed and accurate records, whilst ensuring GDPR requirements are met.
  • Responsible for making large school bookings.
  • Provide Recovery to any guests in line with internal processes, ensuring all recovery is appropriately logged
