Job Description ​​The Resort Experience Supervisor coordinates comprehensive recreation programs and special events at the resort and supervises the resort experience team.​ As a Resort Experience Supervisor, you will, Supervise the Resort Experience Team, including conflict resolution, coaching, development, and promoting strong teamwork Coordinate and assist with the setup and breakdown of special event programs Support overall department objectives Uphold all department policies and procedures Organize and update department files as needed Oversee the department in the absence of the Director and/or Manager, including canceling events due to weather Track inventory, distribute merchandise, and manage sports equipment Collect daily written reports for the Fitness Center and Game Room Serve as the main contact for entertainment partners regarding special events Stock special event supplies weekly Conduct weekly inspections of recreational sites Replace nets and repair or repaint equipment as needed Collect and record bike log information when required Design, create, and maintain decorations for events and activities Coordinate Team Member safety training Qualifications 1–2 years of Resort Experience or related hospitality experience preferred Previous leadership experience preferred First Aid & CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Ability to regularly lift, pull, push, and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods during indoor and outdoor events Customer‑facing and guest service skills Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to adapt to schedule changes with or without notice Additional Information Why Westgate?
