Job Description We are looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead the heartbeat of our Lahaina resort. This is a high-impact role responsible for fostering a strong service culture, elevating owner and guest experiences, delivering financial performance, and supporting an exceptional workplace for every Team Member. What You’ll Lead & Deliver Oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team while modeling service excellence Champion a warm, welcoming, guest-focused culture across all departments Partner with regional leadership on performance goals, financial plans and property enhancements Maintain high standards for product quality, safety and service delivery Ensure property compliance with company policies and procedures and communicate expectations clearly Support short and long-term strategic planning and improvement initiatives Perform additional duties supporting success of the resort Qualifications What You Bring 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality or resort operations\ Experience overseeing multiple departments in a fast-paced environment Strong financial acumen with proven success in budgeting and profitability Hospitality technology knowledge (PMS, POS, work order/service platforms, guest communication tools, labor scheduling systems) Timeshare or HOA experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field required Additional leadership or hospitality certifications welcome Skills for Success Inspiring, hands-on leadership style with strong coaching ability Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills Highly organized and detail-focused Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospitality software platforms Strong ability to work independently while creating a collaborative, positive team culture Additional Information Why Westgate?
