Description As our Resort Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers. You will ensure rental units, bath houses, offices, and meeting areas are clean and properly maintained. This is a seasonal position from April - October of 2026. Requirements Job Requirements: Coordinate team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures Inspect and approve the team’s work performance Place orders for cleaning materials as needed; maintain and ensure to stay within budget guidelines Obtain pricing and place orders to ensure supply for rentals is adequately stocked Ensure all operations and safety procedures are properly followed Respond to guests' inquiries and complaints regarding resort housekeeping in a timely and professional manner Job Qualifications: 1-year prior housekeeping/cleaning experience, preferably in the hospitality industry Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work Knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, the internet, and Microsoft Office The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
