Description As our Resort Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee, clean, and manage the daily operations and performance of the Resort Housekeepers. They ensure rental units, bath houses, offices and meeting areas clean and properly maintained. This is a seasonal position that may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements Job Requirements: Coordinates team member selection and development and ensures team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. Inspect and approve team’s work performance. Place orders for cleaning materials as needed; maintain and ensure to stay within budget guidelines. Obtain pricing and places orders to ensure supply for rentals is adequately stocked. Ensure all operations and safety procedures are properly followed. Respond to guests inquiries and complaints regarding resort housekeeping in a timely and professional manner. Job Qualifications: 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work and safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email, the internet, and Microsoft Office The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
