Job Description What you'll be doing: Complete a daily Houseperson checklist and respond to guest requests Ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained and cleaned to a high standard Communicate with clarity and care, with guests and your team Work collaboratively with all teams and departments Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment Work together with housekeeping and front office to ensure all requests are fulfilled Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all guest rooms and housekeeping areas Qualifications What you will bring to the role: High-energy and efficiency at completing a housekeeping tasks Experience as a house-person or housekeeper with inventory responsibilities Availability across all days of the week between 8am - 9pm Able to safely drive a golf buggy vehicle (highly regarded, training will be provided) Good Communication skills A positive teamwork mindset Physical fitness is essential & Able to comfortably lift 10kg Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills Commitment to delivering heartfelt hospitality experiences to guests Additional Information What is in it for you?
