What You’ll Do: As our Resort Night Manager, you’ll oversee the entire resort operation during 2nd shift hours. You’ll ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests and staff, support department needs and respond to emergencies or service issues. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring visibility, presence, and great problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all resort operations during overnight hours Conduct routine walkthroughs to monitor cleanliness, safety, and service standards Serve as the point of contact for guest concerns and escalate issues as needed Support departments with nightly planning and problem-solving Handle guest complaints with professionalism and urgency Manage emergency response protocols and incident reporting Supervise and support the Security department, including hiring, scheduling, and training Maintain communication logs and notify leadership of key overnight updates Train and schedule MOD (Manager on Duty) coverage for nights off Benefits we Offer: Eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance after 30 days of employment Eligible to participate in 401k retirement plans, disability and life insurance Discounts on golf, spa services, retail, food & beverage and room nights Annual continuing education reimbursement up to $1000 Complementary daily meal, during your workday Access to resort pools and fitness center Paid Time Off Qualifications What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent required 3-5 years of previous management experience in a hotel or resort setting Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license Available to work 2nd shift, including weekends and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Word and basic computer systems CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ready to lead overnight resort operations and ensure a safe, exceptional guest experience?
