You’ll be trained across multiple areas of the resort, supporting admissions, retail, attractions, and guest engagement, all while bringing our Merlin Values to life. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love working with people, and want to be part of a world-class destination, this could be the perfect role for you. 🎢 What You’ll Be Doing Work across a variety of resort zones, supporting smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service. Welcome guests at entrances, manage ticket scanning and admissions, and ensure efficient guest flow. Support retail operations, including processing sales, handling inventory, preventing loss, and identifying upselling opportunities. Assist with shows, educational classes, and interactive experiences—helping prepare venues and engage guests. Complete opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards. Liaise with leadership teams to help resolve guest concerns and ensure a seamless resort-wide experience. Adapt to different roles as needed, collaborating with your team to enhance every guest’s visit. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work across indoor, outdoor, and enclosed spaces with varying temperatures and surfaces. Exposure to wet or humid conditions and potential food allergens. Regular standing, walking, and occasional sitting throughout the day. Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly to follow safety procedures and interact with guests. Qualifications & Experience What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a guest-facing role (theme park, attraction, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus). Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Basic math and computer skills. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support resort operations. Benefits Pay Range USD $14.00/Hr.
