Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Administrator to support our LQA project teams by building and confirming teams aligned with specific project requirements. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact within the LQA Resource Management function for Operations, testers, and test leads, ensuring effective workforce coordination, accurate scheduling, and smooth operational support. Key Responsibilities Match testers to projects based on requirements and availability. Assemble and confirm project teams for upcoming assignments. Coordinate replacements in cases of absence. Act as a primary point of contact for testers and test leads regarding assignments. Maintain the staff schedule as the single source of truth. Accurately record assignment history and absence data. Validate testers’ holiday requests via email and internal systems. Create IT and administrative tickets to support tester onboarding. Adhere to company security standards and internal regulations. Escalate resourcing or availability issues when necessary. Strong written and spoken English. Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Previous corporate work experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or a related field is an advantage. Basic knowledge of Polish labour law will be a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow established processes and identify deviations.
