Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Resource Allocation Manager delivers the Allocation, training and resource administration functions. Is responsible for pre-allocation and recording actuals in the LGW resource allocation tools. Providing the resource management function, you will be responsible for monitoring and forecasting the day-to-day resourcing for the operation. You will ensure staffing levels are sufficient to meet the contractual service level agreements of our customers, as well as ensuring we remain within budget constraints. In addition, you will also provide administrative support to ensure “actuals” are recorded accurately in the resource plan and support the Resource Allocator to perform their duties.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Responsible for providing the operational team with adequate resource to deliver our service level agreements.
  • Responsible for the forward managing allocation of staffing resource levels to ensure a seamless product is deliverable.
  • Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of staff roster to include but not limited to overtime, shift swaps, absences and re-rosters as required.
  • Identify additional daily hours required and notify the operation of the requirement, administer these hours once authorised.
  • Ensure roster adheres to Working Time Directive.
