Resource Center Program Manager Impact Life in Partnership with atTAcK addiction 📍 Newark, DE (Glasgow Resource Center) 🕒 Full-Time, On-Site Impact Life, in partnership with atTAcK addiction, is seeking a Resource Center Program Manager to oversee operations at the Glasgow Resource Center in Newark, Delaware. While this position is employed by Impact Life, you’ll work closely with atTAcK addiction, including regular collaboration with their Board members and volunteers. This role is primarily administrative and operational, with strong coordination responsibilities supporting prevention, education, and recovery-focused programming. The Program Manager ensures the Resource Center operates efficiently, services are well-coordinated, reporting requirements are met, and community partnerships remain strong. About the Partnership The Glasgow Resource Center operates through a partnership between Impact Life and atTAcK addiction. Together, the organizations provide prevention, education, advocacy, and resource coordination services throughout Delaware. This role serves as a key liaison between both organizations while supporting the operational needs of the Glasgow Resource Center on a daily basis. What You’ll Do As the Resource Center Program Manager, you will: Oversee daily administrative operations of the Glasgow Resource Center Coordinate scheduling, programming logistics, and service delivery Work closely with atTAcK addiction Board members and volunteers to support program delivery Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure standards are met Maintain service data, activity logs, and reporting systems Support grant reporting, compliance, and documentation requirements Organize and coordinate prevention workshops, presentations, and outreach initiatives Plan and oversee special events, health fairs, and community engagements Serve as a liaison between Impact Life, atTAcK addiction, and community partners Represent atTAcK addiction at meetings and community events Provide administrative support to the Board of atTAcK addiction Ensure high professional standards and policy compliance are maintained Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position based in Newark, DE. Regular schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Occasional Saturday hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM) required to support program operations. Required High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of related experience in prevention, community programming, behavioral health, or nonprofit settings Strong leadership, organization, and supervision skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Services, Communications, or related field Prevention Specialist or Peer Recovery Specialist Certification Experience in community health or prevention programming Experience coordinating volunteers and supporting boards, committees, or community coalitions Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, ROTH 401k) Paid Time Off 11 Paid Holidays Yearly Training & Development Wellness Resources
