ALH is growing - and we're looking for an energetic, organised and driven Resource Consultant to join our Hawkes Bay branch.

The Opportunity

You'll be the engine behind our workforce solutions - matching people with great employment opportunities, building strong relationships with our candidates and clients, and playing a key role in our continued growth within our Hawkes Bay operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates across a range of industries
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment processes
• Manage ongoing worker relationships - check-in calls and retention strategies
• Maintain an active talent pool, ready for immediate and upcoming placements
• Manage day-to-day operational requirements, including rostering, scheduling and timesheet/payroll support

What you'll bring

• Strong communication skills - confident on the phone, in person and in writing
• A people-first mindset, with genuine care for candidate and client outcomes
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Resilience, adaptability and an ability to learn quickly
• Experience in administration, recruitment or HR is preferred
