SUMMARY

To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Head of Clinical Services. This is a multidisciplinary role which provides a vital link between the DHC Operations Team, various NHS trusts and our Mobile Radiographers out in the field to ensure an effective and smooth service is delivered to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service across multiple locations. * Provide operational assistance to the Operations Manager and Head of Clinical Services as required * To build and maintain relationships with our Radiographers and Clinical support staff to ensure the smooth running of our services * Completion of a monthly multi-modality rota across all sites in the country for our Radiographers and Advanced Diagnostic Imaging Assistants. * To have an understanding of logistical features incorporated into the monthly rota e.g. Mobile scanner moves, Scheduled Services of scanners or equipment etc. * To open and close clinic diaries as required based on capacity needs, communicating with our patient services department and static clinic sites to ensure the smooth running of these services. * To order and monitor clinical and consumable stock across multiple sites. * Manage the distribution and resolution of operational queries logged on the Origami ticketing system, ensuring a swift response and resolution to all issues. Issues include but are not limited to: Breakdown of machines/support equipment, PACS/uploaders issues, network and login issues, stock etc. * Monitor, manage and support the administration of the clinical team using external and remote functions with Head Office. * To assist in the recruitment of clinical staff as and when required by the Operations Manager or Head of Clinical Services. * Assist with overseas recruitment pathways if required to provide support to HR and the Operations team. * Ensure all compliance requirements of all clinical staff are completed and / or up to date in a support capacity in conjunction with HR needs. * To be involved operationally with the induction, training and clinical assessment of new clinical staff e.g. organising assessment dates, training days etc whilst taking into account the capacity on the rota. * To assist the Operations Manager and Head of Clinical Services to implement and monitor the performance of new working process across all sites when required.
