Responsibilities
  • Recruiting Rockstar: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting compelling job ads to screening and selecting top-tier commissioning and field service talent—while working closely with Project Managers to schedule manpower and align placements with project needs.
  • Retention & Relationship Builder: Stay in touch with current field employees to boost retention, flag concerns early, and support engagement.
  • Talent Pipeline Developer: Build proactive pipelines of skilled tradespeople for future projects through networking, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: Work closely with Project Managers and HR to understand current and upcoming needs.
  • Brand Champion: Promote Versys as an employer of choice through job fairs, social media, and industry engagement.
