Here’s your opportunity to help our people make a big impact.     In this role, you'll:   Work as part of a team delivering resource management solutions across Transport, this role will see you partner with Divisional Resourcing Teams and leaders to strengthen resource planning capability, forecast resource allocation, and optimise workforce outcomes.   You will analyse work demand and supply, implement initiatives that improve resource utilisation, succession planning, and workforce agility. You thrive on using data and technology to inform decision-making and deliver innovative resourcing solutions. With a strong ability to balance big-picture strategy and operational execution, you excel at identifying opportunities for improvement, leveraging analytics to forecast future needs, and developing best-practice frameworks that enhance workforce optimisation.   Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working across various levels of the business to build strong partnerships, improve visibility of resource management, and implement systems that support effective resource utilisation.
