We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Resource Planner who will be responsible for developing and implementing plans for current and future subcontractor needs based on project demands and forecasts. Monitor the number of available headcounts and capacity to ensure adequate resource allocation and avoid project delays. Additionally, also designing, developing and maintaining project plans plus monitoring and reporting project progress against plans. The role proactively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting project requirements. The role is involved all the way from tender phase (supporting sales team) to project execution and close out (supporting project team). What will you do? Schedule Development & Maintenance: Design, construct, and maintain cost and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera & MS Project software. Pro-actively highlight resource and time challenges project stakeholders. Forecasting and Capacity Planning: Develop and implement plans for current and future subcontractor needs based on project demands and forecasts. Monitor the number of available headcounts and capacity to ensure adequate resource allocation and avoid project delays. Tool and Equipment Management: Oversee the management, allocation, and maintenance of tools and equipment provided to or utilized by subcontractors, ensuring proper use and accountability. Relationship Management & Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive, performance-driven relationships. Performance Monitoring and Risk Mitigation: Monitor subcontractor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), identifying and mitigating potential risks related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety Safety & Quality Management: Evaluate and ensure the quality and technical competency of all subcontractors for specific project requirements (e.g., high-rise elevators, low-rise, escalators). Verify all essential safety training, such as safety passport training, is completed and documented, ensuring proper documentation and technical certifications are current. Government & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local Saudi Arabian government requirements related to labor and employment, including the proper management and validation of Iqama or Ajeer contracts for all subcontractor personnel. Conduct regular audits to ensure subcontractors adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies. Are you the one? Diploma or Bachelor degree in (Engineering, Business or another relevant field). Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Planning, sourcing, manufacturing, operations or another relevant field. Fluent in English. Resource Tools, Primavera (P6) , MS project, Excel & Power Point. Knowledge and experience of construction planning, demand planning/forecasting, operations management, logistics management, manufacturing engineering, and/or customer service. (including quality, delivery, cost, health & safety processes). Prior experience in planning position with people leadership responsibility. Capacity and sourcing planning skills. Project management skills and previous experience in project assignments.
