As a Resource Planner, you ensure smooth daily operations by allocating people, equipment and space effectively.

• Collaborating with logistics and airfreight departments;
• Solving operational issues quickly and effectively;
• Analyzing data and KPIs to improve workflows;
• Monitoring performance and driving process improvements;
• Using planning and warehouse systems to optimize operations;
• Coordinating with temporary staffing agencies;
• Working closely with the Operations Manager, HR, supervisors, and controllers.
