This role will play a key role in how we support our customers, and is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with different parts of the business and using data to provide clear, actionable insights. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring our staffing needs align with our goals, helping our business to run smoothly. Reporting to the Manager - Retail Resource Planning, you will be responsible for: Partnering with business units to understand upcoming staffing needs and help prepare the business for future growth Maintaining and improving robust forecasting models to provide accurate projections for business performance reports Monitoring our progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement Act as the primary source for reporting, ensuring that all data shared across the business is accurate and reliable Supporting the Resource Administrator in producing timely schedules that maximise resource effectiveness Who we’re looking for: A motivated, self starter who takes ownership over their work A collaborator who enjoys working, learning and bouncing ideas of your peers You take pride in the accuracy of your work and have a methodical approach to spotting errors and inconsistencies A strong communicator who can present data and insights to different audiences You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, reporting, or scheduling Proficient in using Google sheets/Excel Experience with Genesys Cloud, Power BI, and workforce management suites is preferred If this role excites you and matches your next career move, apply now!
