You’ll support existing clients while building a strong pipeline of candidates and taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will: • Register Candidates – Actively grow and maintain our talent pool to meet client needs. • Apply Market Knowledge – Use your understanding of local industries and trends to match the right candidates with the right opportunities. • Manage End-to-End Recruitment – Oversee advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, compliance, and placements. • Engage with the Community – Build meaningful partnerships with Job Active Providers and other key stakeholders. • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment – Deliver high-quality results in a dynamic and energetic setting. • Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, candidates, and colleagues. • Enjoy Flexibility – Work in an environment that values and supports work-life balance. About You We’re seeking someone who brings energy, initiative, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Ideally, you will have: • Recruitment Experience – Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Consultant, or in a fast-paced administration or customer service role. • Resilience & Adaptability – The ability to stay focused and solution-oriented in a constantly evolving environment. • Strong Multitasking Skills – Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines. • Tech-Savviness – Comfortable navigating recruitment systems, CRMs, and digital platforms. • Quick Learning Ability – Able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly. • People Skills – Skilled at building rapport and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. • Proactive Mindset – Takes initiative, solves problems, and gets things done.
