Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Resourcer for CoverStaff, you will play a critical role in building our talent pool of education professionals. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and registering supply staff who can meet the needs of our partner schools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively source candidates using online platforms, databases, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates through calls, emails, and messaging.
  • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet CoverStaff’s registration criteria.
  • Guide candidates through the registration process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using our CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates to retain and re-engage talent over time.
  • Collaborate with the CoverStaff team to understand current and future staffing needs.
