Job Description We’re looking for an organised and proactive Resourcer to join our team on a 12‑month fixed-term contract. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will support high‑volume recruitment across a wide variety of roles while ensuring an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end resourcing process across multiple business areas. Manage high‑volume candidate pipelines and proactively source talent. Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews. Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Provide administrative support including issuing contracts, right‑to‑work checks, and onboarding tasks. Assist with supplier management, including processing invoices and raising POs. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data security standards. Support wider resourcing projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience working in a recruitment or resourcing environment, ideally high‑volume. Able to juggle multiple vacancies at pace with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident using recruitment systems, Excel and other digital tools. Experience supporting with invoicing or recruitment admin is desirable. A team player with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
