OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of lead generation techniques, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various recruitment technologies. The Resourcer will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

• Demand & Supply Analysis:

Forecast workloads and analyse business demand to predict resource needs across the Service Centre as a whole and the teams within.

• Planning & Scheduling:

Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term plans for resources (people, equipment, budget), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, deadlines and KPI’s.

• Resource Allocation:

Assign and track the utilisation of resources across campaigns, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
