We’re seeking a dedicated Resourcer who has an exceptional knack for discovering and connecting with top talent across multiple platforms. If you’re someone who thrives on the thrill of the hunt and has an eagle eye for identifying the perfect candidates, this role is for you!

CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment research, or talent acquisition
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong experience across multiple job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, Monster, etc.)
• Social media sourcing experience, particularly Facebook and professional networks
• Advanced Boolean search techniques and research methodologies

TECHNICAL & COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and database management experience
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Multi-tasking capabilities with strong time management skills

WORK REQUIREMENTS

• Must be based in Cape Town and able to work from our office location
• Available to work 2pm - 11pm, 5 days per week (aligning with US business hours)
• Professional phone communication skills
• Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours for urgent sourcing requirements

As a Resourcer, you’ll be the talent-finding powerhouse behind our recruitment success. Working during prime US business hours (2pm-11pm Cape Town time), you’ll be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging with potential candidates across various industries for our USA-based clients.
