Organizational Context and Scope The incumbent will work under the overall supervision of the Head of Resources Management (HRMU) and direct supervision of the National Supply Chain & External Liaison Officer, and in collaboration with the Migration Health Assessment Program unit. The incumbent will provide administrative support to the mission’s resources management functions in IOM Viet Nam. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ticketing and supporting the RMU administrative processes connected to the MHAC.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will provide administrative support to the mission’s resources management functions within IOM Viet Nam, working under the supervision of the Head of Resources Management (HRMU) and the National Supply Chain & External Liaison Officer. Key duties include ticketing and supporting the RMU administrative processes connected to the Migration Health Assessment Program (MHAC).
