Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direct supervision of Head of Resources Management (HoRM) and in close coordination with relevant Units at Headquarters (HQs) and the Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand, the Resources Management Officer (Grants and Compliance) will be responsible and accountable for coordinating the implementation of the risk management and compliance systems, and of grant policies and procedures in compliance with established accounting standards. The successful candidate will also support the development and management of Cash-Based Initiatives (CBI), and the monitoring of resources management ensuring compliance with IOM’s Rules and Regulations as well as with any donor-specific requirements in relation to the activities of the Country Office.
Responsibilities
The Resources Management Officer will coordinate the implementation of risk management and compliance systems, and grant policies and procedures. They will also support the development and management of Cash-Based Initiatives and ensure compliance with IOM’s Rules and Regulations.
