Eligibility for this call for Expression of Interest (EOI) is limited to internal and external candidates who are currently part of the Pathways Pool. The selection for this assignment will be carried out through the Pathways Pool process. Organizational Context and Scope Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and direct supervision of the Head of Resources Management (HoRM) in Addis Ababa, and in close collaboration with the Senior Regional Resources Management Officer (SRRMO) in the Regional Office for East and Horn of Africa, the Department of Financial and Administrative Management (DFM) at Headquarters (HQ) and the Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) in Manila, the Resources Management Officer (RMO) will be responsible and accountable for managing and coordinating the budgetary, financial, Human Resources and other administrative functions of Country Office (CO) and the Special Liaison Office (SLO) in Ethiopia and providing support in these areas to staff in CO and SLO, including those in Sub-Offices.

The Resources Management Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating budgetary, financial, Human Resources, and administrative functions for the Country Office and Special Liaison Office in Ethiopia. This includes providing operational support to staff across the Country Office, Special Liaison Office, and various Sub-Offices.
