Organizational Context and Scope Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) and overall supervision of the Regional Director in the Regional Office for West and Central Africa and in coordination with, and technical guidance of the Resources Management Officer in Senegal, the Resources Management Officer IOM The Gambia will perform the following duties and responsibilities.  
Responsibilities
The Resources Management Officer will support the monitoring and oversight of financial management for all activities within the Country Office. This includes reviewing financial expenditures, ensuring accountability, and coordinating with regional and local management.
