Job Description At BESIX Watpac, we’re growing, and we’re looking for a proactive and relationship‑driven Resourcing Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a valued part in shaping our workforce that deliver world class projects in Australia and New Zealand. Based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley, you will be responsible for: Partnering with hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process. Implementing proactive sourcing initiatives to build strong talent pipelines. Managing a seamless onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring compliance with business requirements. Representing BESIX Watpac at careers fairs, university events and industry functions. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require: Previous recruitment experience, in an Advisor or Coordinator capacity. Experience with recruiting within construction, or related sectors, will be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience in applying effective candidate sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
