Department: Recruitment Team ( Care Services)
Contract: 2 days per week (Monday & Friday)
Are you ready to bring energy, creativity, and talent-spotting brilliance to our recruitment team? We’re looking for a standout Resourcing Advisor to join our band and help us hit all the right notes in attracting and hiring the best talent.
Please note, this is a job share, and the days are fixed to Monday & Friday. You must have the right to work in the U.K. to be considered for the position. This role does not meet the criteria for a Skilled Worker Visa

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong Communication Skills: Able to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using recruitment data and insights to make informed decisions and spot trends.
Organised & Efficient: Able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and keep things running smoothly.
Creative Eye: Write adverts and job descriptions that truly resonate with target audiences.

Team Player: Collaborative, proactive, and willing to get stuck in where needed.

  • Previous experience managing recruitment campaigns — ideally in a high-volume or multi-role environment.
  • Solid understanding of direct sourcing strategies and recruitment best practice.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Lead the Hiring Beat: Manage the full recruitment cycle — from pre-screening to behavioural interviews — delivering a seamless and positive candidate journey.
Create Buzz: Write and post compelling job adverts across platforms that spark interest and stand out.
Build Partnerships: Connect with universities, communities, and networks to expand our reach and strengthen our employer brand.
Stay in Tune: Keep our careers page up to date and engaging, ensuring every role is advertised clearly and accurately.
Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with our Care Home Managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to colleague.
