Job Description With a strong project pipeline ahead for BESIX Watpac in 2026 and beyond, we are looking for a permanent Resourcing Coordinator to join our national team, providing coordination support across the resourcing and onboarding processes. The key responsibilities of this position include: Coordinate pre-employment screening including reference checks, document collection, police checks, and medical checks. Draft contracts, position descriptions and associated documents. Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring the completion, approval and filing of necessary documentation. Support the Resourcing team by writing and posting job advertisements, screening applications and scheduling interviews for allocated roles. Act as a point of contact for candidates, creating a positive recruitment and onboarding experience. Coordinate and represent BESIX Watpac at careers, university and associated industry events. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience: Prior experience within an internal or external recruitment or HR environment. Demonstrated experience with coordinating pre-employment assessments and drafting employment documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks to deadlines with a professional and proactive approach.
