Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment delivery
  • Providing guidance and advice to key hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • As a trusted SME, you will partner with the business adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying and engaging top talents
  • Delivering a responsive and consultative approach to managing the recruitment needs and experiences of hiring managers and candidates
  • Implementing a structured talent sourcing strategy which includes the use of innovative tools, with additional sourcing and admin support from the team
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pools and pipelines for future state requirements
  • Working within a collaborative and supportive team of recruitment experts in the region
