Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the design and delivery of City Sprint’s resourcing strategy, supporting the Head of Talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role profiles and selection criteria.
  • Source, attract, screen, and shortlist candidates for senior and specialist roles through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and support the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with recruitment reporting, analysis, and workforce planning insights.
  • Support succession planning and retention initiatives for critical roles.
  • Identify high-potential internal talent and promote career development in partnership with the Management Development Specialist.
  • Maintain an up-to-date careers website and manage the resourcing process, including documentation and process maps.
  • Collaborate with marketing on external vacancy adverts and ensure efficient interview scheduling.

THE KEY SKILLS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE INCLUDE:

  • Identifying and attracting suitable candidates through multiple channels, including partnering with marketing on external vacancy adverts.
  • Organising and scheduling interviews efficiently with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintaining a talent pool of identified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Reviewing recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and support decision-making.
  • Leading hiring processes for specialist and senior positions, including managing full recruitment cycles.
  • Supporting and developing succession plans, collaborating with stakeholders to forecast talent needs and ensure leadership continuity.
    The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Conditional job offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
