POSITION SUMMARY

The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) delivers high-quality respiratory therapy in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. This role requires expertise in contemporary respiratory care principles, ventilatory support, and patient assessment. The RCP plays a key role in implementing individualized care plans and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement respiratory care treatments in alignment with physician orders and patient needs.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced ventilatory support systems, resuscitation devices, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Provide oxygen therapy, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Support interdisciplinary teams by contributing to patient care planning and evaluation.
  • Complete both departmental and unit-specific orientation and training programs.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with our mission and values.
