Respiratory Care Practitioner – Respiratory Therapy Plans, prepares, and delivers a broad range of respiratory care procedures and diagnostic studies. Documents all respiratory care on appropriate records. Inspects, tests, maintains, and operates respiratory care equipment. Completes patient billing. Please note the following important details regarding this role: This posting is for multiple openings of a Respiratory Care Practitioner This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends & holidays Work Status Available: Full Time, Night We are offering employment at the following hospital locations: Covenant Children’s Hospital – Lubbock, Texas Covenant Medical Center – Lubbock, Texas Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school, or Bachelor's Degree from a Respiratory Care Program from an AMA approved school in lieu of an associate degree and 1 year of experience. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Within 90 days of hire: National Provider PALS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License 1 or more years of experience Experience may include: Clinical portion of training program Preferred Qualification: Coursework/Training: Flight Training Why Join Providence?
