Act as a Charge RCP when a RCP IV not available. * FULL-TIME POSITIONS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $3,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS AND $1,000.00 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS * Qualifications Salary Range: $38.25 - $57.65 / hour Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an AMA-approved school of respiratory therapy and be registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Completion of CMH NICU Training Program or two years documented advance practice clinical experience in NICU, Labor and delivery, competency in neonatal intubation. Current RCP license issued by the State of California Respiratory Care Board. Must be Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). Must have current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare providers. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Current Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS) Overview Nationally Recognized. Responsibilities
