Additionally, our Rehab Center is nationally ranked by UDSMR and accredited by CARF for outstanding rehabilitation programs. The practice of Respiratory Care under the direct supervision of a medical director, and department director; performs, management, and care of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities which affect the pulmonary system and associated aspects of cardiopulmonary and other systems function within the scope of practice of Respiratory Care Practice Act 1996. Required Qualifications: Formal training in pediatric respiratory care which includes didactic and clinical experience. California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Membership in a professional organization; CSRC, AARC upon hire. 1 year - Acute care setting, to include adult critical care. Neonatal Intensive Care experience.
