Position Summary: Full time The Respiratory Therapy Manager directs and supervises all functions of Cardiopulmonary Services including Pulmonary Rehab. The duties will include but not limited to administering required respiratory care services. The candidate must have experience in ventilator management, oxygen administration and nebulizer therapy and will be cross-trained in cardiology. Candidate must be qualified to perform all manager functions, including operational, financial, regulatory and personnel responsibilities. Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy required or US Military equivalent along with a minimum of Associate’s degree – Bachelors of Respiratory Therapy preferred but not required. Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care – RRT preferred but not required Licensed as Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the state of Idaho Current BLS/CPR certification required ACLS & PALS certified within 6 months of hire Be able to exhibit excellent customer service and communication Must be able to remain calm in emergency situations Experience preferred but not necessary.
