This will be a deployed, rotational contract offering various rotational deployment cycles to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and beyond! Qualification Requirements Education: Degree Required: Earn at least an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care, though a Bachelor’s degree is increasingly preferred by employers. Accreditation: Your program must be accredited by the CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) to qualify for licensing exams. Clinical Hours: Programs include extensive hands-on training, typically requiring 500 to 1,000 clinical hours in hospital and medical settings. Certification & Credentialing: CRT Exam: After graduation, you are eligible to take the Therapist Multiple-Choice (TMC) exam to earn your Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
