JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Respiratory Therapist at Elevate Care, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory care services to patients with breathing disorders. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license.
  • Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
  • Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care is a plus.
