Position: Immediately need an experienced Respiratory Therapist for the 3+ months of the contract in Philadelphia, PA.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine respiratory needs and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Operate ventilators and other respiratory equipment to support patients in critical care environments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and home care techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
• Participate in hospital medicine rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding patient care
