Citrus Post Acute is a 24-hour 144-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Santa Ana, CA. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals work to help patients recover from surgery, injury, and other short/long-term care.
We are on the search for an RT Lead to oversee our Respiratory Care program and staff. This will be a brand new program added to our services and the RT Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing appropriate care plans along with the clinical team. This role will be a salary position working on a Full-Time basis.

Shift Available:

  • Full-Time (Salary)
  • Monday - Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm (10 hour shift)

Pay Range:

  • $75,000 - 81,120/annually

Overview of the position:

The RT Lead is responsible for overseeing the respiratory care department in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This includes patient assessment, treatment planning, and supervising RT’s.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the respiratory therapy team.
  • Ensure that all staff provide safe, effective, and compassionate respiratory care.
  • Assess patients’ respiratory conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  • Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of respiratory therapy equipment.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to respiratory therapy staff to maintain competencies and stay current with advancements in respiratory care.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.

    Qualifications:

  • RRT License active in CA

  • RCP License active in CA
  • 3 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
